Joe Lewis (1979 to 2???) started writing stories as a wee boy, but didn't learn how to finish one until he grew up. Today, he enjoys creating heroines that his daughter can respect, as well as worlds in which history, mythology, and fantasy collide in unpredictable ways.

Joe was born in Annapolis and went to the University of Maryland to get a very lucrative degree in English Literature, which included not one but two classes on the ever-topical Viking poetry. He lives in Maryland with his wonderful wife and 1.3 charming children.
